Are you a brilliant problem solver who could provide front-line support for a game-changing, enterprise-wide support service? Do you want to be a hero to Dell’s customers by resolving their account issues? Within Dell Services, we are looking for an Account Services representative to join our remote team in Ovens, Cork, as well as providing telephone, chat and email assistance to our EMEA customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk.
Working with a shared inbox to manage customer communications as well as service requests through a ticketing system.
Demonstrate flexibility in working across multiple regions and able to adapt quickly in order to achieve goals across specific activities.
In the absence of a documented process, apply sound logic to a case to ensure its resolution.
Communicate effectively with local field engineers, order parts, dispatch tickets within the agreed SLA’s for break/fix activities.
Offer customer CRU when possible whilst handling high ticket volume, low touch handling
Be able multitask, using, multiple tools, chat, email and phone.
Available to work monthly and quarterly rotating 24/7 shift
Microsoft Excel skills
General awareness of Dell EMC’s portfolio of enterprise storage products and services
Ability to identify gaps and improvement opportunities and bring concise, achievable resolutions to your management team.
